Refund / Exchange Policy

Delivery fee:
The delivery fee is non-refundable once the delivery was made (until the day when gas is free in this country!)

Refund policy:
Arrangement(s) may be returned for credit or exchanged with the following terms and conditions:

For regular orders:
  • If you cancel your order before the arrangement was made, the full amount will be refunded. Please be advised that it may take up to a week for your bank to reverse the transaction.
  • If you cancel your order after the arrangement was made, and not yet delivered, 50% of the ordered amount will be refunded.
  • There will be no refund once the delivery has been made.
  • For Orders that require special flower order from the Wholesale: If you request a certain flower(s) that we and our suppliers don't carry on a regular basis, we will try to make arrangement with our suppliers to have it/them in. These orders require payment to be made in full before we send any request to our suppliers for flowers.
  • If you cancel your order before we placed the special order with the wholesaler, the full amount will be refunded.
  • If you cancel your order after we placed the special order with the wholesaler:
  • If we could successfully cancel the order with our supplier, The full amount of the order will be refuned minus a $15 administration fee.
  • If we couldn't cancel the order with our supplier, then 50% of the ordered amount will be refunded.
